The symposium “Emerging cities in South-East: Urban governance, real estate and regulation” Takes place on November 26th, 27th and 28th during the journées Lao-Françaises de la Recherche pour le Développement at the National Convention Centre (NCC) in Vientiane, Laos.
Following a first conference dedicated to emerging cities in 2011, the organizers offer a new scientific brainstorming and foresight around the subject to deepen the link between economic development and urbanization. Pierre Clément, Architect-Urbanist Chairman of Arte Charpentier Architectes, participates in the seminar, which addresses three issues: (1) planning patterns, urban governance, (2) Real estate stakes of the urban transition, (3 ) sensitive and remarkable spaces, proof against regulation capabilities.
