Arte Charpentier Benin
A meaningful branch
From 2018, the agency is undertaking its first major project in Benin with the construction, modernization and extension of a network of 35 markets, 29 of which are entrusted to it. This structuring operation, carried out in 11 municipalities, marks the beginning of a strong dynamic of development and sustainable implementation of the agency in the country.
Since then, the agency has supported this dynamic through numerous major projects and studies, including the rehabilitation of the site of the former British American Tobacco factory into a university hub for FASEG and the IPO, the construction of the GMK commercial hub, the rehabilitation of the national stadium, as well as the redevelopment of its surroundings and its park. With this presence and the multiplication of projects, in 2025 the agency created its Benin subsidiary in Cotonou, under the joint direction of Jérôme Le Gall and Nahla Jajo-Legrand.
