Arte Charpentier won the competition to design the Dongsheng Artificial Intelligence Campus in Beijing’s Haidian District. Entitled “Infinite and Limitless,” the project offers an architectural vision where technology and nature coexist without boundaries. The concept is based on the duality between “online” spaces (which promote productivity) and “offline” spaces (which stimulate unlimited creativity).

In the south, the project creates a continuous pedestrian route connecting the offices to the outside via an “Infinite Corridor.”

In the north, the project evokes layers of superimposed data and green hills shrouded in mist, acting as an urban connector, superimposing office modules onto dense vegetation in homage to the historic imperial gardens of Haidian.

With over 210,000 square meters and a focus on collaborative spaces (up to 60% of the surface area), this project redefines the working environment for tech giants. Combining digital innovation and landscape heritage, Arte Charpentier has created an organic living space dedicated to the intelligence of tomorrow.
