Arte Charpentier based in Paris, with branches in Shanghai (China) and Cotonou (Benin). With a long-standing presence in China, the agency has also had an office in Wuhan since 2022, in order to closely support projects developed in central China.
Since 2010, Arte Charpentier has been involved in several large-scale architectural and urban projects in Wuhan. The establishment of the local office allows to offer services adapted to the context and the specific needs of the clients in the region. The Wuhan office works closely with the Paris headquarters, in a collective design approach, while preserving the agency’s identity based on “custom-made French design”. In partnership with local stakeholders, Arte Charpentier contributes to Wuhan’s ambitions for sustainable development, carbon neutrality and influence as a “City of Design”.
