On February 2, 2026, at the official invitation of the Mayor of Wuchang District, Mingding Pan, Deputy General Manager for Asia at Arte Charpentier, had the honor of speaking at the opening of the New Year’s ceremony held by the leadership of this strategic territory of 1.27 million inhabitants.
Before an audience composed of senior representatives from Hubei Province, the City of Wuhan, and numerous clients of the agency in the region, the Mayor officially appointed Mingding Pan as Ambassador of the city. This institutional distinction is a major recognition of the excellence and sustainability of the work carried out by Arte Charpentier in Wuhan for more than ten years. For Mingding Pan, a native of Wuhan, this role as a bridge between cultures reflects a deep commitment:
“Coming back here is not just about investing in my native region, it’s about actively participating in building my own home.”
This institutional recognition coincides with a new strategic phase for the agency: the establishment in Wuchang of our headquarters for central China and our national center dedicated to low-carbon architecture, reaffirming our commitment to supporting the sustainable transformation of this historic metropolis in close collaboration with its decision-makers.
