Botanical survey of the mixed uses project Tribeca – La Chapelle by the Landscape team

“We are committed to ensuring that our professions remain linked to the senses, to materials, to touch and to concrete experience.
It’s a philosophy that we apply throughout the design of our projects.

In this latest episode of “In the hands of”, we follow the botanical survey of the roofs of the Tribeca La Chapelle project in Paris.

By monitoring the planting, we can adapt the plant palettes to climate change and the dense urban environment. Designed as an experience report, it will be used in future designs for the Centre.

A dialogue between Research and Landscape: by carrying out botanical surveys over several seasons and years, this data collection will feed into a future publication by the office on rooftop planting.
