The construction site is progressing rapidly: the structural work is set to be completed by September, marking a major milestone in this ambitious project of 628 coliving student accommodations — the first of its kind in the European Metropolis of Lille.
We had the pleasure of presenting the façade mock-up and sample units to the operators and the Mayor. A key milestone that brings to life the architectural, technical, and aesthetic choices passionately carried by all teams since the project began.
Designed as a hybrid living space nestled within a revitalized park, the project embraces a strong environmental approach: green corridor, sustainable rainwater management, green grids, and orchards inspired by the landscapes of Hauts-de-France.
