Delivered in October 2025, the Sequana project, located in the 13th arrondissement of Paris, embodies an ambitious tertiary rehabilitation where architecture, uses and biodiversity closely dialogue. Designed by Arte Charpentier, the complex integrates the landscape as a central element of the contemporary office, with vegetation covering nearly 50% of outdoor spaces, from the ground to the rooftop. Designed as a fifth living and accessible facade, the roof hosts relaxation areas, bars and permaculture zones, promoting well-being and conviviality. Local plantations contribute to urban biodiversity while offering vegetated views to users. The project is part of a demanding environmental approach, aimed at the BREEAM, BBCA and BiodiverCity®labels, and affirms a sustainable and resilient vision of tertiary real estate.
