On the occasion of France’s National Day, the Consulate General of France in Wuhan held its official reception on July 14, 2025, at the Wuhan New World Hotel. Arte Charpentier had the honor of being invited to this symbolic event, attended by many French and Chinese dignitaries.
Our agency was represented by KE Jing, Director of the Central China office in Wuhan and a French government-certified architect, as well as LIU Xiao, Director of Business Development. Both were warmly welcomed by Mr. THIMONIE, Consul General of France in Wuhan, and representatives of the consulate.
The reception brought together key players in Franco-Chinese relations, including Ms. ZHANG Xiaomei, Director of the Foreign Affairs Office of the Hubei Provincial Committee, institutional representatives, members of the French community, and local partners. In their speeches, Mr. THIMONIE and Ms. ZHANG praised the successes of cooperation between France and Hubei Province in various fields such as trade, the environment, culture, and education.

The reception also provided an opportunity for fruitful discussions on shared challenges in sustainable development, urban innovation, and Franco-Chinese synergies.
