To mark the AMIF trade fair, we are delighted to announce the launch of 𝑻𝒓𝒂𝒋𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒐𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒔, 𝑽𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒆 𝒑𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒕𝒐𝒖𝒔·𝒕𝒆𝒔, a joint initiative by Arte Charpentier and Onésime Studio. It brings together complementary areas of expertise – Territory and Housing – to approach housing as a common good and improve the acceptance of projects amongst elected representatives and residents.
Karen Le Bris and Romaric PERROT will be attending the AMIF (Association of Mayors of Île-de-France) Exhibition on 2 and 3 June 2026 at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, Hall 6.
Come and discuss with us the future direction of your local authorities, and how housing can once again become a driver of public interest within your local area.
𝑻𝒓𝒂𝒋𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒐𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒔, 𝑽𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒆 𝒑𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒕𝒐𝒖𝒔· 𝒕𝒆𝒔 offers 𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐢 -𝐞́𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐬, conceived as a virtuous circle. 𝐕𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐞𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐩𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐥𝐚 𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐞́ 𝐝’ 𝐮𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐞, because it restores housing’s capacity to endure, to evolve and to provide a dignified living environment. 𝐕𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐞𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐩𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐥𝐞 𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐢 𝐫𝐞, because every project forms part of the wider community’s dynamics, taking into account the views of elected representatives, residents and existing amenities.
This method, which has already been applied to numerous projects, brings together several levels:
𝐔𝐑𝐁𝐀𝐈𝐍, public space and an understanding of the catchment area.
𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐌𝐔𝐍, shared spaces and shared uses.
𝐏𝐑𝐈𝐕𝐄́, housing and its capacity to adapt.
