From 1 to 3 September 2026, the Arte Charpentier teams were in attendance at SIBCA (the Low-Carbon Property Exhibition). This is an unmissable event for discussing the environmental challenges facing our sector and presenting our architectural, urban and landscape solutions aimed at creating a more resilient city.

This latest edition of SIBCA has confirmed the urgency and necessity of collective action to decarbonise the construction sector. At our stand, our teams were delighted to meet you and share Arte Charpentier’s vision: that of socially responsible architecture, combining simplicity, innovation and quality of use.

Over the course of these three days of discussions, we were able to share our convictions:

Our ARTE method (Adapt, Repair/Reveal, Transform, Explore): A holistic approach that combines reducing the carbon footprint, optimising uses, reversibility and off-site construction.

Building sustainably: When new construction is necessary, we prioritise off-site construction, the integration of local supply chains and reversible design.

The use of bio-based, geosourced and reused materials to reduce the carbon footprint right from the design phase.

We firmly believe that decarbonisation cannot be achieved in isolation; it is a collective endeavour fuelled by dialogue. We would like to extend our warmest thanks to all our partners, clients and colleagues who have come to exchange ideas with us. It is together that we will rise to these challenges.
