Arte Charpentier’s teams are getting started on the final quarter of the construction
site of the future Centre, which is certified as a Low Carbon Building.
This project integrates the use of natural resources, plant cover, water recovery
and the installation of photovoltaic panels, thereby contributing to a positive impact
on the city.

Rehabilitation of an office complex consisting of a Haussmannian building

and a building from the 50s built around an Hôtel Particulier dating from 1820.

Victor Hugo Eco-Neighbourhood, Bagneux

Inauguration of the station hub at Bagneux. Designed to open up and connect
line 4 and the Grand Paris Express network to all the northern districts and
to serve the Victor Hugo eco-district thanks to public transport.

 

 

 

Markets in Benin

Construction, modernisation and extension of a network of 35 markets in Benin,
29 of which were entrusted to the agency. The first 9 contracts are about to

be completed.

 

 

Hengyang Town Planning Museum, Hunan (CN)
architecture

 

The Hengyang Town Planning Museum was designed as an open museum,
where visitors follow a circuit offering views of the city and the river.
The construction site is nearing completion. It will be delivered at the end of 2022.

 

 

 

Xinzhou Art Centre, Shanxi (CN)
architecture
The Xinzhou Art Centre is located near one of China’s five sacred mountains.
It evokes the celestial world in Buddhist culture with its base made up of successive
landings. The construction work is drawing to a close.

Soil: a resource for living cities

What is our soil made of? What about its biodiversity, its artificialisation?

This conference offers a fresh perspective on this crucial subject,
between France and Mexico.

Hugo Cruz Ramos, a Mexican microbiologist, will shed light on the microcosmos
of the soil. Nathalie Leroy, a French landscape designer, will present urban projects
and her research on soil biodiversity carried out at the Arte Charpentier agency.

Truth or Dare? Sustainable and Resilient Businesses

How can commercial activity areas become future 15-minute neighbourhoods?
How can we renew these massively artificialised spaces?
