Today, let’s focus on the work of the Architecture Department
In this video, we hear from Jean-Frédérick Loko, the project manager of the Floressence housing project in Bobigny.
This housing project reflects **our commitment to architecture that promotes the well-being of its residents**. Comprising 101 housing units — 79 for private ownership and 22 social housing units — spread over 6,750 m², Floressence offers living spaces designed to combine aesthetics, functionality, and environmental responsibility.
Each unit from T2 and above has a balcony or terrace, and all apartments from T3 onwards have dual orientations, enhancing natural light and ventilation. The project includes four buildings of varying heights that blend harmoniously into the surrounding urban fabric. The façades, made of brown brick and white and brown plaster, adorned with wooden lattice loggias, bring a warm and contemporary touch to the whole.
