The Simi Grand Awards 2023 Category Habitat & Housing were presented on the evening of Wendesday 13 December at the close of the second day of the commercial property show, which runs until Thursday at the Palais des Congrès in Paris.
Arte Charpentier won the SIMI 2023 Habitat & Housing Special Prize “INNOVATION IN USES” for the Ecla Campus located in Palaiseau, France.
The theme of this 22nd edition of the awards was “L’immobilier a de la ressource” (“Real estate has resources”), chosen by a panel of judges led by Bernard MICHEL, Chairman of the Board of Directors of VIPARIS.
