Ganhi market, Cotonou

Construction, modernisation and extension of a network of 35 markets in Benin, 29 of which were built by the office. Inaugurated in the presence of President Patrice Talon, the Ganhi market stands out for its modular prefabrication, natural ventilation and use of bricks, supporting the local industry, which the network of markets has helped to develop. Over the coming months, construction sites will be launched for the other markets entrusted to the office.

| Scheduled for completion in 2027, the Campus will become the largest Thales site in the world, covering 110,000 m² and housing 5,500 employees. The Campus will be distinguished by its use of bio-sourced materials, such as low-carbon concrete and reused millstone, a passive façade, and its integration into a park, a veritable green lung. |
