Extension of the headquarters of Cap Est Fontenay-sous-Bois, France
Concept
Located at 203–205 rue Carnot in Fontenay-sous-Bois, the CAP EST – Jules Verne property complex stands out for its contemporary architecture structured around legible circulations and assertive reception areas.
The project concerns the restructuring and expansion of the two entrance halls — Hall A Vincennes to the north and Hall B Plaisance to the south—in order to improve access control and the quality of the pathways. The new volumes fit into the hollow of the existing facades, clearly marking the entrances while respecting the urban alignment.
The double-height glass facades on the street side provide transparency and visibility. Hall A is completed by an accessible and partially vegetated terrace on the 2nd floor, contributing to the quality of use and environmental integration of the project.
The intervention is part of an architectural continuity with the existing building, combining legibility of access and aesthetic coherence.

IMAGINE AN OPEN AND HARMONIOUS ARCHITECTURE
Located on the edge of the A86, this set adopts a rectangular plan structured around a central recess, inspired by ancient buildings.
The monumental fissure of the main facade reveals an elliptical landscaped patio, heart of the project and terrace of the company restaurant. Covered with exotic wood and planted with pine trees and perennials, it creates a friendly and bright space. Composed of two buildings with nine floors of offices, the complex includes a basement with a restaurant, meeting rooms and storerooms, as well as three levels of parking. Two main halls, to the north and south, mark the accesses and lead to an oval atrium, crossed by a footbridge.
