Concept

HIGH-PERFORMANCE FACILITIES FOR INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION
Completed in 2010 for the World Swimming Championships, Dubai’s Olympic swimming pool embodies innovation and luxury.
Combining functionality and aesthetics, its modern, streamlined architecture meets the highest international standards. Equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, it welcomes the world’s greatest athletes in an exceptional setting. This sports complex is a modular building, capable of hosting swimming competitions, high-level training sessions, and everyday visitors, and can be transformed into a 15,000-seat arena for sporting events, concerts, and exhibitions.
The structure of the building is unique in more ways than one. A 50-meter competition pool and a 50-meter training pool are arranged back-to-back, with movable floors and walls allowing them to be subdivided into different lengths and depths. For even greater flexibility, the water from the main pool can be drained into an underground storage tank, transforming the space into a multipurpose arena. Between the two pools, a double-backed diving board allows divers to continue training even when the main pool is covered.
Inspired by the spirit of Dubai, combining tradition and modernity, it stands out for the quality of its materials and meticulous finishes. A true symbol of excellence, the pool remains an iconic venue for sport and architecture.

Concept

THE STATION AS THE DOOR AND HORIZON OF THE CITY

The project for the new district of the future Quzhou TGV station, on a perimeter of 11.6 km 2, is structured around three sectors: station, ecological park and Innovation & Finance.

The station, a true starting point for urban development, is designed as an architectural landmark and a place of connection. Its design emphasizes natural light, the fluidity of circulation and openness to the surrounding landscape.

The project aims to create an ecological and innovative garden city, integrating economic production and quality of life, while affirming the station as a symbol of modernity and sustainability for the territory.
