Built on the site of Christian Dior Perfumes,
at the edge of a remarkable forest at St-Jean-de-Braye, near Orléans, the
future cosmetic products research centre of the LVMH group affirms its
presence.
The
principal façade of the centre was designed in silk-screened glass in order to
harmoniously inscribe itself into the wooded surroundings. The low height of
the building reduces its visual impact. The forestation was recomposed and
densified in order to stage the discovery of the centre from the access roads.
