Located in
Montrouge, this new BBC certified tertiary facility is home to the Authority of
Nuclear Safety, which chose it in order to regroup its central services on more
than 7,000 sq/m. The total surface represents more than 11,600 sq/m; with 6
levels above ground and two basement levels for the car park. The ground floor
will welcome activity spaces.
The
street-side installations reconstruct the built environment. On the remaining
section of the site, the volume is developed around open gardens. The project
draws upon the terrain in order to organise the building around large luminous
spaces.
